"We decided to
sell our house while living overseas.
From the minute I contacted Juliet with
our decision to do this, I really didn't
have to worry about a thing. She toured
the house, pointed out improvements that
could be done (doing many herself) and
advised when the best time would be to
put the house on the market.
The raves I
heard from friends and family who
attended the Juliet's open house were
phenomenal. She brought many of her own
personal items to help stage the house
and set up outside lighting, certainly
making the house "shine".
We were out of
the country during the entire process of
preparing the house for sale and even
the closing. Our attorney commented that
Juliet was "a delight to work with." It
is obvious that Juliet really cares, is
sincere and down-to-earth and people can
see that and appreciate it.
Juliet kept us
closely informed and I could always get
in touch with her, even though we were
in England. We put our complete trust in
Juliet and she certainly did deliver. I
absolutely would recommend Juliet
Leydon. But if I knew you, I'd insist on
it!
